A moment of immense pride and honour for Sudha Aunty’s alma mater
A proud and historic moment ! Sri Rajarajeswari Bharatha Natya Kala Mandir Chowk in Matunga (E), near the flower market, has been officially named by the BMC!
We are so thrilled and happy to see the amazing strides our Sri Rajarajeshwari Bharatha Natya Kala Mandir has made in the past decades. It is a dream come true for all their dedicated students and a phenomenal tribute to our extraordinary Master Gurus, Shri A.T. Govindaraj Pillai, Srimati Karunambal Teacher, Shri T.K. Mahalingam Pillai, Bharathacharya Guru T. P. Kuppiah Pillai, our torchbearer, who spent all his energies in guiding the future young Gurus to take the helm, Padmashri Guru. K. Kalyanasundaram, and ever-smiling Guru Mythili Kalyanasundaram, and Leading Gurus G. Vasant Kumar, M. Vishwanath, Guru Harikrishna Kalyanasundaram, Guru Raji and Guru Bharathi Kumar.
We are so grateful and thankful to them all for their continued and unmatched services to this traditional and glorious art form and for illuminating us students with wisdom, passion, and knowledge.
We continue to serve our great Gurus wherever we are.
